Casi Johnson

Casi joined M3 as a Director of Training in 2000 and was promoted to Support Manager in 2005. Following a few years in that role, she moved into the position of Vice President of Operations, and in 2009, she opened M3’s training center in Tampa, Florida. In 2016, M3 was expanding the service department for new products and training, and the company named Casi as Chief Operations Officer-Innovations Leader, which she still holds today. In this role, she is responsible for the overall operations of M3 and ensuring the company is on the path to meeting the hospitality industry’s ever-changing needs. Casi’s accomplishments have only increased as her time in the industry lengthens. In 2019, Casi won Business Woman of the Year - Tampa Bay Business Journal, and she is ensuring that the future of hospitality is bright as a graduate school student mentor at USF Muma College of Business! Casi is a strong female leader in the hospitality industry and continues to share her twenty years of knowledge and take the initiative when and where she can. By stepping into these leadership roles, she is able to influence current and future generations of the hospitality industry.
