Qualified IT expert with more than two decades experience in hospitality, a passionate, solution led and results driven professional passionate about creating solutions and delivering results. Specialised in managing complex projects and the integration and implementation of IT systems. I have been in the Hospitality Industry for the past 28 years working through all departments reaching my passion for Information Technology. I have been working within the Information Technology sector of Hospitality for the past 23 years with experience working for system vendors and luxury Hotel Chains. With both operational and IT experience I see myself as the translator between the end user and the programmer with a passion for project management. I have extensive experience in upgrading IT infrastructure, implementing new systems, streamlining policies and procedures and the Opening of new Hotels.
