Generator has appointed Xavier Mufraggi as CEO. joining the company as it enters its next phase of international growth, including three new openings on the horizon, and the renovation of flagship houses throughout 2026 and 2027 in London, Paris, Dublin and Hamburg.
With more than two decades of international leadership experience, Mufraggi became a CEO for the first time at age 31, leading Club Med’s North America & Caribbean division for 10 years.
Over the course of his career, Mufraggi has held leadership roles in marketing, commercial and product development at Kraft Foods; serving as global managing director for Fosun Group; and CEO of YPO, the world’s largest CEO peer network, as well as CEO for Club Med’s North America and EMEA markets.
Mufraggi joins Generator following Brookfield‘s acquisition of the company in 2025. Under his leadership, the company will continue to expand into new destinations across Europe, while investing in the guest experience across its portfolio.
