Seacliff Inn Aptos, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, announced today the appointment of Erin Beadle as general manager. A respected hospitality executive with nearly 20 years of experience leading boutique resorts and full-service hotels throughout California, Beadle will oversee all aspects of operations, guest experience, financial performance and team leadership at the 148-room Central Coast property.
Beadle joins Seacliff Inn following seven years with Evolution Hospitality, where she most recently served as general manager of Hayes Mansion, Curio Collection by Hilton. During her tenure, she successfully assembled a strong executive leadership team, expanded wedding business by more than 200%, successfully coached emerging leaders as a mentor with the organization’s management training program and led community-focused initiatives, elevating the property's reputation as one of California’s leading historic hotels.
Prior to Hayes Mansion, Beadle led operations at The Domain Hotel Sunnyvale, where she guided the hotel through the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic while implementing strategic initiatives leading to an increase in group business by 200% year-over-year. Her resume also includes five years as general manager at Lakehouse Hotel & Resort in San Marcos, CA, where she drove years of sustained revenue growth, expanded banquet and catering business resulting in 400% growth, and introduced new onsite amenities that elevated the guest experience. Her hospitality career also includes leadership roles at Hyatt Regency Newport Beach and Tower23 Hotel in San Diego.
