We believe that there is a whole new mindset that has come to life over the past few years, and that's the boutique mindset. This includes the creative, forward-thinking and innovative people who believe in the power that "boutique" holds. Stay Boutique is changing up the industry conference landscape drastically and will be continuing the growth of the world's newest industry: The Boutique Community.

 Transformed from the Travel Industry Executive Women's Conference, The Female Empowerment Edition recognizes women internationally who lead in fields related to boutique, hospitality, travel, and tourism. This conference consciously creates a forum for women to support each other and to discuss, debate and deliberate on issues of importance as it relates to the modern female achiever.
