PHIST Masterclass: Responsible Seafood Sourcing & Seafood Traceability for Hotels
Ahead of PHIST 2021 on Wednesday 27th October 2021, four free one-hour environmental masterclasses will be held online. The "Biting into Sustainable Seafood" (11.00-12.00 hrs) will provide an overview of how to ensure that our eating habits are not damaging the health of the oceans.
Seafood is one of the main sources of animal protein for most of Southeast Asia, with Asia consuming more than 60 per cent of the global fish catch.
