Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers has appointed Vera Tsoncheva as director of finance. Hilton says Tsoncheva brings a wealth of experience in strategic financial leadership within the hospitality industry and is known for her expertise in leading and developing teams to support the areas of finance, business planning, and budgeting.
Most recently, she served as the country director of finance for Qatar Hilton, overseeing a portfolio of 10 hotels.
Tsoncheva oversaw the launch of Hilton Al Salwa, a sprawling resort that includes a waterpark, as well as Waldorf Astoria Lusail.
Working on diverse operating models, from city resorts to remote resorts with complex offerings, Tsoncheva's background in both finance and human enables her to provide a holistic approach to financial management and team development.
