Pérez Alcántara joins Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe following Hilton Panama and Waldorf Astoria Panama, where he most recently served as Food & Beverage manager overseeing outlet operations, beverage programming, team development, and guest experience initiatives. In that role, he led outlet operations, beverage programming, team development and guest experience initiatives, while supporting operational excellence and innovative dining concepts across the property.
With more than eight years of experience within the Hilton portfolio, Pérez Alcántara has held several leadership positions, including Restaurant Manager for Hilton Panama and Waldorf Astoria Panama, where he played a key role in the opening of new dining concepts, managed luxury guest experiences, and contributed to food and beverage programming across both properties. His background also includes extensive expertise in wine, beverage development, events, and restaurant operations.
