Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando has announced the appointment of Yolanda Delgado as Assistant Food and Beverage Director, further strengthening the resort's leadership team.
In this role, Delgado will lead all culinary and beverage operations across the resort, including Valencia Restaurant, Longboard Bar & Grill and The Springs Bar & Grill. She brings more than 15 years of experience with leading hospitality brands. Delgado launched her career as Food and Beverage Manager at Reunion Resort, where she spent more than seven years building high-performing teams and streamlining food and beverage operations. She later joined Margaritaville Resort Orlando as Food and Beverage Manager before advancing to Senior Food and Beverage Manager at Hilton Orlando.
