Nobu Hotel Palo Alto announces the appointment of Lance Razon as Director of Food & Beverage, reinforcing the property's commitment to exceptional dining experiences centered around craftsmanship, innovation and the distinctive spirit of omotenashi.
As Director of Food & Beverage, Razon oversees the complete dining experience at Nobu Hotel Palo Alto, including Nobu restaurant, private events, in-room dining and the Lobby Lounge. He brings more than 15 years of luxury hospitality experience across the Bay Area to the role. Most recently, he served as Director of Food & Beverage at San Francisco's Beacon Grand, following his role as Director of Outlets at the Fairmont San Francisco. His career also includes leadership positions at Rosewood Sand Hill, Sofitel San Francisco Bay, The Westin St. Francis and the DoubleTree by Hilton Berkeley.
