Courtyard by Marriott Gainesville, Georgia

Capstone Property Group, LLC, McKibbon Places and McKibbon Hospitality recently celebrated the official groundbreaking of the Courtyard by Marriott Gainesville, Georgia on Monday, December 6. The 130-room select-service hotel is set to anchor the highly anticipated mixed-use development, The National - a revival and redevelopment of Gainesville's long-vacant First National Bank building, whi ch also broke ground during the event.

Moxy Tromso

Moxy Hotels is coming soon to the arctic capital of Tromso. Construction has begun and the hotel is expected to open its doors in 2023. Moxy Hotels announced back in 2019 that the brand would launch in Tromso, Norway.

Loews Hotels & Co, a wholly owned subsidiary of Loews Corporation (NYSE: L), has officially broken ground on the new $550 million Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center.
