Melbourne Airport, Novotel/Ibis Styles

The first sod was turned today on the construction of a brand new hotel at Melbourne Airport to support growing traveller numbers and address constraints in hotel occupancy. The 10-storey hotel will be dual-branded operating under the Novotel and ibis Styles' brands rated four and three stars respectively, offering guests gym and pool facilities, a café, bar and restaurant plus conference room facilities.

Shangri-La Melbourne

Representatives of S P Setia, Multiplex, Shangri-La, and the City of Melbourne gathered to break ground on what will become one of Melbourne's most iconic developments, Sapphire By The Gardens located at 308 Exhibition Street, Melbourne yesterday.

Peppers Southbank

Construction on Peppers Southbank, a new $60 million hotel in Melbourne"s vibrant arts and entertainment district, is now underway following a ground-breaking ceremony late last week. Operated by Mantra Group, the 162-room hotel will be the Group"s eleventh property in Melbourne"s CBD.
