Marriott Senior Living Services Partners with Toll Brothers to Develop Assisted Living Communities
WASHINGTON, Feb. 9 / Marriott Senior Living Services, a division of Marriott International, Inc.
Marriott MapleRidge of Reston, to be developed at the intersection of Route 7 and Baron Cameron Parkway, will be owned by Reston Assisted Living, LLC and operated by Marriott Senior Living Services under a long-term agreement. Construction is expected to begin in the spring of 2000.
Marriott MapleRidge communities are uniquely designed assisted living communities that provide a casual, comfortable lifestyle in a neighborhood of cottages. In addition to offering assisted living services for residents, the communities also offer care for people with Alzheimer's disease or other memory loss disorders.
