Lively Forum Provides Feedback on the Latest Technology from e-Travel

WALTHAM, Mass./ Nov. 28, 2000--e-Travel, Inc. (www.e-travel.com), the leading provider of Enterprise Travel Management (ETM) solutions, recently hosted its Fall User Group at the Royal Sonesta Hotel, Cambridge, Mass. Held in the Fall and Spring, the e-Travel User Group (e-TUG) is an educational interactive forum specifically designed to give customers a better understanding of the industry, the ETM suite of services, and e-Travel's goals within...

The User Group proved to be extremely beneficial. Customers had the opportunity to find out firsthand about product plans and to meet with the e-Travel team responsible for product development. The e-TUG environment was also conducive to networking and information sharing between colleagues.

"The User Group was a huge success," said Bart Littlefield, vice president of marketing, e-Travel, Inc. "The participants had the opportunity to interact with members of the e-Travel and Oracle teams, as well as our ETM partners. Customers provided us with insight into what they need from their business travel solutions, and e-Travel helped define the value of integration throughout their corporate systems. We are looking forward to continued success with our Spring User Group."

Among the topics covered at e-TUG were a case study presented by Andy Tellers, U.S. travel operations manager, NCR; updates on customer support and product plans; and latest on online meeting planning by John Lavin, COO and President of StarCite.
