Ms. Srdoc joined On Command in September 2000. She has played a key role in restructuring the company's financial operations. Her background and experience includes various financial positions with technology companies as well as a senior auditing position with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
"Debi has been a significant contributor to On Command's recent success," said Chris Sophinos, president and chief executive officer of On Command. "In particular, her efforts in implementing additional financial controls and processes have proved invaluable to the company."
Mr. Reed joined the company in December 2001 as senior director of operations. He oversees all of the company's field service personnel and hotel service operations. Prior to On Command, he held several executive level operational and engineering positions during a 16-year tenure with Echostar Communications, a direct-to-home satellite broadcast company that operates The Dish Network.
"Wiley has managed to streamline our field service operations in a very short period of time," said Sophinos. "His efforts have helped us to significantly reduce our content update cycle time, which ultimately helps us increase revenues."
On Command also announced that Bill Myers, chief financial officer, has accepted the position of senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer for Liberty Media's Starz Encore Group. A search for a replacement is underway and the position is expected to be filled in the near future.
"This is a tremendous opportunity for Bill," said Sophinos. "Although he is moving on, we're happy he's staying within the Liberty family of companies. Starz is a key programming partner and I look forward to working with Bill in his new capacity."
