MEMPHIS, Tenn., Homewood Suites by Hilton, the national brand of upscale all-suite, residential-style hotels, today announced it has launched a new real-time online Marketing Tool Kit aimed at helping its more than 100 hotels reach customers quickly by reducing the time its takes to produce and deliver print advertisements.

The Marketing Tool Kit is designed as a user-friendly online interface consisting of information/content and ad builder components. The site features a marketing overview of the brand's target audiences and media strategies while detailing other available internal brand marketing programs to help hotels build customer awareness.

The unique product allows Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel operators and sales directors to create custom print advertisements that mirror the brand's national advertising campaign while leveraging the brand's standards for graphics, legal and logo usage, for consistent messaging. The print advertisements can be created in four-color or black and white formats in 14 different sizes. The user may select from stock photography or national ad executions with complimenting headlines and body copy to customize their ads. In addition, ads can be created to target different segments, including leisure and business audiences, and/or one of the brand's three national ad executions.

Collaboratively created by, software developer, Pica 9 of New York and advertising agency, Foote, Cone & Belding (FCB) of Southern California, the automated web-based system allows for a seamless approval and delivery process. Once the ad is created, it is e-mailed directly to the brand team for approval within 48 hours. The finished approved product is then automatically e-mailed directly in a high-resolution format to the hotel and/or a publication contact, depending on the user's instructions.

To further demonstrate the brand's commitment to its hotels, Homewood Suites by Hilton through its Match Fund Program will reimburse 40 percent of the hotel's ad placement cost when using approved ads created through the online tool kit.

Homewood Suites by Hilton hotels are upscale, all-suite properties that offer spacious one-bedroom, two-bedroom and/or studio suites with fully equipped kitchens.
