Envergure Group choose Optims global management solution: Visual Generation

The ability of Optims to offer a modular management solution, adapted to each type and size of hotel, and level of services, was the key in the Optims proposal as this enables Optims to meet the varying needs of the Envergure Group. The fact that Optims already equips many hotels of the Group and the quality of services on the pilot sites, also led Envergure Group to select Optims as a supplier to install the new version of its management solution Optims.Visual Generation.

Based on a convivial and intuitive use, Optims.Visual Generation solution is adapted to small or medium sized properties as well as hotels managing more than 300 rooms. The flexibility of the solution allows a complete personalisation perfectly adapted with each type of property.

The Envergure Group installation will start with 17 properties in 2003. These hotels, qualified as different, representing the most significant sites of the Group. Located in France, UK and Spain, they have between 100 to over 300 rooms. The modules Visual Front-Office and Visual TPV of Optims.Visual Generation global solution will be installed in these properties.

All the installations should be rolled out over the next 2 to 3 years.
