Chef John Mooney of Heartbeat @ W-Hotel NY demonstrates to a student from IS 275 in Harlem how easy & fun healthy eating can be

As part of the countdown to the 12th Annual New York Cares Day on October 18th, more than 100 Harlem fourth and sixth graders from I.S. 275 - THE NEW SCHOOL FOR SUCCESS put on white paper chef hats and served as sous chefs for five NYC chefs from Sheraton, Essex House, St. Regis and W Hotels to learn about healthy eating habits. Starwood Hotels & Resorts has been a participant of New York Cares since 1999.
