Envergure Group Choose Optims' Electronic Reservation And Distribution Solution

Envergure wanted to offer new electronic reservation and distribution tools to its hotels and then
chose the following solutions :
- Otedis.Call Center, Central reservation management tool in ASP mode.
- Otedis.WebRes, Real time / online bookings tool on which different Envergure web sites will be connected (
, www.campanile.fr , etc.). - Otedis.WebPlanning, the graphic planning available for each Envergure hotel tomanage its activities on the web.
With Optims e-business solutions and the complementary functionalities especially developed for the Group, Envergure offers real opportunities to its hotels and customers :
- • The central reservation will have a real time vision of availabilities for the whole hotels. This will allow dynamic and optimal management of the clients' requests and booking confirmations whether for individuals or groups.
- Hotels will simultaneously offer availabilities on Envergure's web sites and, very soon, on ADS and GDS channels with Otedis.switch (online, real time rooms distribution through ADS and GDS channels).
- Customers will be able to book their reservations via numerous channels which will improve Envergure hotels visibility through an European and international clientele who wish to find quality hotels at competitive prices.
- Then, the implementation of Optims' PMS solution, Visual Generation, started in 2003, in the different Envergure Group hotels, will allow hoteliers to benefit from a new interface developed between this management solution and Otedis tools. Hoteliers will be able to manage their electronic distribution on the central reservation as well as on the Internet channels and GDS, directly from their PMS software.
