Lapland Hotels is utilizing the OPERA Property Management System, along with OPERA Reservation System (ORS) and myfidelio.net for its central and distribution services. Seamless next generation connectivity with the Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is provided through myfidelio.net's generic IQ code, and multiple direct connections to the Alternate Distribution Systems (ADS) are provided through myfidelio.net's switch provider. Direct and myfidelio.net distribution via / is made possible using the OPERA Web Suite, which allows direct interaction between bookers on the Internet and Lapland Hotels' inventory and rates.
