HITEC 2007

AUSTIN, TEXAS; The redesigned HITEC.org is now open, providing a one-stop portal for making arrangements to exhibit and/or attend the 2007 Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC®) at the Orange County Convention Center, June 25-28 in Orlando, Fla. Visitors to the web site can view HITEC and exhibitor news, a current list of 2007 exhibitors and exhibiting information.

Attendee information will be available in early 2007, including online registration, travel and hotel information, education session schedule and more. HITEC features companies displaying the latest hospitality technology products and services geared to the hospitality industry, as well as an exceptional education conference with presentations from experts representing all segments of the industry.

"Individuals visit the site for numerous purposes -- to review exhibiting information, plan the education sessions they will attend, read exhibitor news and more," said Brenda Burke, CHTP, the HITEC 2007 Advisory Council chair and director of hotel technology at Hilton Hotel Corp. "The web site's new design has an attractive, clean look with the informational links clearly presented, helping visitors quickly find the information they are searching for."

Also availble online, is information on GUESTROOM 2010, a model guestroom of the future showcasing new and upcoming technologies for the modern hotel room. The exhibit will once-again be on display, following a successful debut at HITEC 2006 in Minneapolis, Minn.

New at HITEC 2007 will be the Club Technology Pavilion. Exhibitors will offer hands-on demonstrations in the special pavilion and in booths throughout the show floor. Attendees will also find an array of education sessions to interest the club industry.
