"Once implemented, we will offer a single-image inventory between our hotels and the enterprise system with full synchronization to gha.net, which will handle GDS and selected ADS booking channels," added Mr. Donavanik. "The Dusit website will be directly powered by the new enterprise system and will feature online customer relationship management to provide instant customer recognition. The integrated OPERA Sales Force Automation will enable the global Dusit sales force to facilitate attentive and pro-active account management. The deployment of OPERA Central Systems will complement our mission statement to provide high standards of quality service while providing excellent value."
