TORONTO, Canada | Recently, a guest at Four Seasons Resort Maui got her custom-made wedding dress caught in the car door, leaving multiple puncture holes. With only a few short hours to go before the bride was to wear it down the aisle, she was understandably panicked. Thinking on their feet, the Resort’s Housekeepers promptly sent the guest to the spa to relieve her tension while they set about artfully mending the gown by adding stylish appliqués. Thanks to their resourcefulness, the bride had the dress she had always dreamed of.

Four Seasons is one of only 14 organizations that have the distinction of being named to the list every year since its inception. Once again, Four Seasons is the only Canadian company to make the list.

The “100 Best Companies to Work For” list is compiled for FORTUNE by Robert Levering and Milton Moskowitz of the Great Place to Work Institute in San Francisco.
