What's The Legal Age To Rent A Hotel Room?
This topic spurred a spirited conversation at our dinner table last night. It started with the news that a 16-year-old supposedly rented a hotel room for a big party. I said, "How could that be?" Well, maybe with a fake ID and a credit card? No one could agree on what the legal age might be to get a room -- does it vary by state, by hotel chain?
