Malmaison and Hotel du Vin Hotels completes dotPOS Enterprise rollout with Xn Hotels, announces 4 new build implementations for 2008
Award winning lifestyle hotel operators Malmaison and Hotel du Vin Hotels recently completed the rollout of Xn Hotels’ dotPOS Enterprise Point of Sale system in 11 more hotels, including all Hotel du Vin properties. The group has also signed agreements for dotPOS Enterprise at its new properties, expected to open in late 2008 (Malmaison Aberdeen, Hotel du Vin Edinburgh, Hotel du Vin Newcastle and Hotel du Vin Poole).
“With dotPOS now installed in all Hotel du Vin properties, we have realised our strategy to achieve true, centralised estate management for the brand”, stated Phil Brown, IT Commercial Liaison Manager for the group. “An interface to the Opera PMS and 2-way integration with Fourth Hospitality’s FnB Shop stock application mean we are already seeing significant benefits in our F&B operation, from both a revenue and an analysis point of view. We have been delighted with Xn Hotels’ ‘can do’ attitude and look forward to working with them on further Malmaison and Hotel du Vin installations in the future”.
