Tulip Residences Copenhagen Centre, an 80-room extended stay hotel, opened on May 15th in the heart of Copenhagen. This Tulip Residences hotel is the first one of the chain to open and is named Tulip Residences Copenhagen Centre. The hotel is located in a re-developed office building and is consisting out of 80 extended stay suites, five of which are executive penthouse suites, each with its own roof terrace.
Tulip Residences Copenhagen Centre features a modern and illuminated design with 4 conference rooms able to host 250 participants. The facility offers car parking areas adjacent to the hotel while car and bicycle rentals can be arranged through the reception of the hotel, which stays open 24 hours per day. All suites are equipped with air-conditioning and high-speed internet access.
Guests can enjoy the bar and restaurant at any time and only a few minute walk takes them to the famous Tivoli Park and the Square. Despite being a modern metropolis, Copenhagen maintains its traditional charm and exquisite traditions from the 18th century.

The typical Tulip Residences will be consisting out of a combination of studio’s and one-bedroom suites. Depending on the building configuration Tulip Residences may also provide two- or three- bedroom suites. The studios will be measuring 30 sqm and the one-bedroom suites will be measuring a minimum of 40 sqm.
