New Hartford, NY | John W. Sammon, Chairman & CEO of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE: PTC), today announced the appointment of Lawrence W. Hall as President of PAR Springer-Miller Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology.

Mr. Hall is a past president & CEO of Hotel Booking Solutions Incorporated (HBSI), and has held several other prominent senior executive positions in the hospitality technology industry over the past 25 years in industry specific software companies.

Mr. Hall has a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s prestigious School of Hotel Administration.

He replaces John Springer-Miller as President.

Mr. Springer-Miller will stay on with the Company as a key strategic advisor to PAR’s growing hospitality business.
