André Balazs Properties is pleased to announce the appointment of Glyn Aeppel as Chief Investment Officer. Aeppel was most recently Executive Vice President, Acquisitions and Development, of Loews Hotels, where she was responsible worldwide for corporate and asset acquisitions, joint ventures and management contracts. Aeppel brings with her over 20 years of international finance and development experience, having held senior roles at companies such as Fairmont Hotels, Le Meridien, Marriott Corporation, FFC Capital and Interstate Hotels.

Ms. Aeppel will focus on selecting additional capital partners to complement ABP’s current investment platform. The company’s strong operating and development expertise will enable Ms. Aeppel to take advantage of unique market opportunities and accelerate the company’s growth in US and International markets.
