It is expected that this focus will have a positive effect on the success of our customers. Michael will also be responsible for the success of the call center, building on the positive changes that we have experienced through the course of time," stated Tim Tiller, MSW, President.

Michael has spent the past several years providing consultative services to such companies as Marriott, Harley Davidson, Liberty Mutual, Pfizer, US Airways and Chase Bank to name a few.
