FastBooking, the global provider of advanced booking systems and e-marketing solutions for the hospitality industry, will present its new booking solution Multi-Services Booking at World Travel Market (WTM) in London from 10 to 13 November 2008 (stand TT6100).

The Multi-Services Booking solution allows the user to combine real-time on-line booking for all or part of a hotel’s services (lodging, restaurant, spa, shows, seminars, etc.) in a single operation. The solution allows hoteliers to respond to their clientele’s increasing requests to organise and personalise their entire stay before arriving. It also offers the possibility of creating a significant amount of additional revenue by highlighting and selling services with a high added value.

The hotel’s entire range of services is presented together on a single page, from which clients can select the services that interest them and compose their made-to-order stay. The booking process is then just the same as for an individual service now performed by the FastBooking Engine booking solution: real-time access to rates and availabilities, photos and detailed descriptions of offers, reservations in 27 languages, immediate e-mail confirmation. Once the reservation is finalised, the client can view a summary of the order and change the detailed contents of it at any time.

The Multi-Service Booking system is a result of the partnership with the group Monte-Carlo SBM, a long-time FastBooking client, and will be installed on the site www.montecarloresort.com and available from 10 December. This solution will provide clients with a unique, personalised purchasing experience. After making a hotel reservation, clients will have other complementary services proposed that can be added to their basket, allowing them to create a made to order stay.

“The Multi-Services Booking solution matches the Resort Monte-Carlo SBM’s philosophy of offering its elite clientele a unique experience, beginning with the reservation process, to ensure their utmost satisfaction. This solution will enable us to promote all our services more effectively when a client makes a reservation and should have a very positive impact on our sales” explains Pierre-Charles Grob, Marketing Manager Hôtels & Spas.

“From its beginnings, FastBooking has strived to supply cutting-edge solutions to hoteliers that will allow them to increase sales from their Internet sites. Multi-Services Booking is more than just a simple on-line booking system. It creates an interactive, intuitive shopping environment, encouraging visitors to book additional services, thus helping increase hotels’ revenues” says Richard Kefs, FastBooking’s CEO.
