CORAL SPRINGS, Florida | Vantage Hospitality Group, Inc., will introduce its Value Inn Worldwide brand into the Gulf region through its recent agreement with MENA Real Estate Limited (MENA). MENA will develop the Value Inn Worldwide brand under the Vantage umbrella, including the new-build prototype, in Qatar, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates.

“Because of the current economic climate and the tremendous growth in leisure and business tourism in the Gulf region, there is an increasing demand for limited service hotels. Vantage’s Value Inn Worldwide brand addresses that opportunity. We’re very excited to be partnering with such an esteemed organization like Vantage,” said Alnoor Nazir Hussein, principal of MENA. MENA will offer a one-stop solution to developers and investors, including Sharia finance compliance.

The properties being developed by MENA will follow Vantage’s successful freestyle business model created by the company’s CEO, president and founder, Roger Bloss.
