Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, Texas, Opens New Full-Service Conference Center
Property Expansion Includes Flexible Meeting and Event Space and 203 New Guest Suites
The addition of the new facility comes about one year after the much-anticipated opening of Great Wolf Lodge, which has since attracted a loyal guest following with its extensive recreational offerings, including indoor and outdoor waterparks and a full-service spa featuring Aveda® products. The property expansion also includes the addition of 203 new guest suites, bringing Great Wolf Lodge’s total accommodations to more than 600 guest suites.

Flexible Meeting Spaces
The new conference center, which features a northwoods theme, has been specifically designed with the needs of the region’s business and social community in mind. The center features a separate entry, convenient parking near the entrance, and private registration counter.
In addition, the conference center features a variety of meeting and event space, including:
- An expansive, 7,350-square-foot ballroom
- Seven break-out and meeting rooms with unique architectural elements, such as glass walls
- A permanent executive boardroom
- Pre-function spaces, including an outdoor event plaza
Each meeting space also is equipped with current audio and visual systems and complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access.
Creative Culinary Offerings
From a simple continental breakfast to an elegant formal dinner and everything in between, the chef and dedicated on-site banquet staff at Great Wolf Lodge offer an extensive selection of catering options and menus to meet the needs of meeting attendees and guests. In addition, the catering services team is also able to customize a menu to fit the theme of any event – whether it’s Thai Lobster Lollipops for an Asian-inspired gathering or made-to-order risotto for an Italian-themed affair.
