Located off of County Line Road and I-4, the hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Shaner Select Services Hotels II, LLC, of State College, PA. Shaner Hotels will manage the property.

This property represents the first opening of a five total hotel openings for the first quarter of 2009.
