Shares of LaSalle Hotel Properties fell on Monday after an analyst lowered his price target for the real estate investment trust to $5 from $9 and predicted steep revenue declines at its hotels this year. LaSalle Hotels' shares dropped 65 cents, or 11.5 percent, to close at $5. The stock has traded between $5.02 and $34.45 during the past 52 weeks.
