When Chris Nassetta took the stage at the 3rd Annual National HR in Hospitality Conference yesterday, he was accompanied by Bob Dylan’s “The Times They Are A-Changin’”—a perfect precursor to his keynote presentation. "The turbulent times in which we find ourselves call for turbulent solutions," said the president and CEO of Hilton Hotels Corp. "Today, we're all searching for new solutions." To find those solutions, Nassetta shared what he called a formula for standout organizations: Organization + Leadership Talent + Culture = Results On paper, he said the formula looked simple enough. But in practice, it requires “enduring values, the best talent, and an ability to zoom out and see past the chaos in front of them.”
