In order to face the increased demand for Revenue Management Solutions throughout the Hospitality Industry world-wide, and especially in the Asia Pacific region, Easy (Ez) Revenue Management Solutions now need to hire a: Director of Sales – Asia Pacific

This position will be based in a flexible location but will require constant communication with our Beijing, Sydney, Singapore, London & Paris offices and ocassional travel to Europe for ongoing product training and team building exercises, thus frequent travel can be expected throughout Asia Pacific and at a later stage, throughout the rest of the world.

Skills Required

The ideal candidate should be a ‘High Achiever’ and seasoned Professional of the Hospitality (Hotels, Resorts, Tour Operating) Industry, coupled with a minimum proven track record of 5+ years of high net worth Sales success to leading Blue Chip organisations and the Independent sector alike.

In addition, previous experience in Revenue / Hotel Front Office Management, Reservation Procedures or Property Management Systems is mandatory and the candidate must have a strong analytical background and in-depth knowledge of the concepts of Revenue Management.

Mission

The Director of Sales – Asia Pacific will report directly to the Managing Director and will be fully responsible for the following within the Asia Pacific Region:

  • Achievement of company Sales Targets within Asia Pacific (as per official EasyRMS Budgets)
  • Budgetary responsibility for company Sales activities
  • Management and further development of the direct Corporate Sales Team
  • Relationship & Management of existing Distribution Channels
  • Company Direct Sales Activities to both Independent and Chain Hotel sectors
  • Prospecting : Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Database Administration, Mailshot / E-Mail Campaigns – this is a ‘hands-on’ role!
  • Both personal and team Client Sales Presentations & Internet Sales Presentations
  • Account Management, (enabling successful rollouts from pilot installations)
  • Management and identification of new business opportunities
  • Organisation and attendance of trade shows within Asia Pacific
  • Organisation and delivery of Seminar Range and other promotional events within Asia Pacific
  • Due to the seniority of this Regional Position the Director of Sales – Asia Pacific will also be expected to have the secondary role of general overseeing of the EasyRMS Regional Support Departments, ensuring that personnel are effective and ongoing support issues receive timely resolution, including the necesity at times to communicate directly with the clients regarding support or operational issues which have been escalated accordingly.

  • Flexible Base – must be within Asia Pacific Region
  • SELF EMPLOYED – Base Salary & Commission Plan flexible, dependent on candidate
  • Must speak & write fluent English and ideally with Mandarin or Japanese as a 2nd language
