Harris added that customers can also send a text message to let a guest know a package has arrived or a dining reservation has been made.

Rooms Connect is one of the modular components of SkyWire’s Customer Connect™ group of solutions. Customer Connect enables a wide range of messaging and alerting services for the hospitality and gaming industries. As with Rooms Connect and OPERA, many of the Customer Connect products integrate with existing systems, allowing for seamless and automated solutions. Customer Connect allows hospitality providers to better and more efficiently serve their customers by communicating with them via text message. Customer Connect also enables providers to build an opt-in mobile marketing database that allows them to deliver targeted text messaging campaigns through SkyWire’s Mobile Connect marketing platform.
