With 53 combined years of hospitality industry expertise within luxury, upper upscale and select service segments, including all hotel types from resorts, to "boutiques" to convention hotels, JRPG Hospitality Consulting, LLC, can navigate the path to improvement in an independent realm or branded world while understanding the dynamics of franchise, brand managed and third party management structures.

“One of our first tasks in the early stages of our company’s formation, was to interview and consult with creative and environmentally friendly vendors and providers of hospitality solutions”, said JRPG Partner, Pam Grayboff. “We spent considerable time researching solutions – from on-line booking engines to Web 2.0 monitoring services, so as to ensure our association with these partners allows us to stay current with emerging applications and services to provide the appropriate recommendations to our clients.”

JRPG Hospitality Consulting also developed a repertoire of assessments that are defined not by a “gotcha” checklist but by prioritization of need areas which can encompass team or individual plan development and implementation. Partner Julie Reigle stated, “Our solutions that are presented to owners and managers are a result of fact finding, analysis, assessing brand/representation capabilities and active engagement of the hotel team – we do reward and acknowledge best practices as part of our assessment products, and communicate that to our clients.”

Three distinctly different products have emerged thus far, each with customized options for smaller, select service hotels, and more are on the way, per Pam Grayboff. “We currently offer, ‘ A Look Under the Hood©’ copyright pending, which is a one to two day assessment that covers basic overall hotel sales and marketing systems and procedures and pin-points future direction, including a deeper dive by one of our other products, if needed.” The firm’s other products include: the “Hotel Inspection”; a two to three day in depth measurement of the hotel team’s knowledge, engagement and execution of basic industry systems and procedures including group sales, transient and catering sales, plus overall marketing, advertising and public relations and “Revenue Management Tune-Up” which is a two to three day evaluation of the Revenue Management operations of a hotel including basic industry Revenue Management, Distribution and Online-Marketing systems, tools and procedures and branded philosophies and guidelines.

About Julie Reigle | Julie A. Reigle is President of JR Hospitality Consulting, LLC, a firm that provides Asset Management and Sales and Marketing Advisory and Consulting services to private and public, institutional and REIT ownership groups in the hospitality industry.
