SOUTHLAKE, Texas, June 19, 2009 -- Felix Laboy has been named President and General Manager of Sabre Hospitality Solutions, which provides the most comprehensive marketing and distribution tools for the hotel and hospitality industry, Sabre officials announced today.

Stephen Fitzgerald has been named Chief Operating Officer for Sabre Hospitality Solutions.

Sabre Hospitality Solutions leverages the strength and breadth of Sabre's highly acclaimed global distribution system (GDS), marketing and distribution tools: SynXis, whichprovides distribution technology and marketing services, E-site Marketing, the leading hospitality Internet marketing solutions provider, Sabre Travel Network Hotels, GDS distribution and media products provider and Bidstork, which develops, delivers and manages hotel requests for proposals into a single organization.

Laboy has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry including co-founding E-site Marketing, which was acquired by Sabre in 2007. During his career, he served in executive-level roles for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Westin Hotels and Resorts. He also worked for the Puerto Rico Convention Bureau.

He previously served as Vice President, Hotel Relations and Operations for Hotwire.com and has served in operations, marketing and sales leadership roles with several hotel chains.
