EASYRMS LAUNCHES AUTOMATED ONLINE TRAINING
Fully automated Online Training Sessions are now available to all EzRMS™ users. These innovative and descriptive sessions cover all aspects of the EzRMS™ Product Suite, as well as general Revenue Management Concepts training upon demand.
EASYRMS IN 2009
EasyRMS now has offices in the UK, FRANCE, USA, CANADA, CHINA, SINGAPORE, and AUSTRALIA. Our distributors are located in EUROPE, NORTH AMERICA, SOUTH AMERICA and ASIA PACIFIC. From 2009 to date the company has gained over 45 new customers including a worldwide rollout with one of the top 3 global hotel chains, bringing the total of international chains served to 15+. We now have over 350 live clients in Europe, USA, Canada, UAE, Australia & Asia.
EASYRMS HOSTS REVENUE MANAGEMENT & PRICING SEMINARSTo mark our opening of two new offices (Beijing and Sydney) this year, EasyRMS debuted a series of RM & Pricing Seminars. In April we hosted seminars in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen, in China; in May we went to Australia’s Sydney and Melbourne. June sees us host seminars in Malaysia and Hong Kong; in July we head to Singapore; and we aim to launch in Europe later this year.
EasyRMS has two new distributors:
- RPT Consulting Group - for the Caribbean and Argentina
- Consultora Correa - for Brazil and Chile
Our interface with Travelclick's Rateview will extract and display data with our Ez-COMPETE™ module, and is planned for June; to enhance our interface with Protel (PMS) we have developed an upload opportunity to take EzRMS™ recommendations back up to Protel; our EzYield.com (Channel Manager) interface is now up and running; testing of our Siteminder (Channel Manager) interface is complete and about to be introduced to mutual client hotels; we are in the final stages of testing upload with Visual Matrix PMS; and the MSI PMS extract for client hotels is to final test in June, with upload prepared over the coming months. Our new, innovative interface with D20 allows our clients to benefit from the use of the EzRMS™ forecast data within their suite of Productivity Management tools such as D2O; and our interface with Newmarket International’s Delphi marks our first for S&C, completing our hotel interface offering. We can now provide our hotel clients with integrations to the majority of CRS, PMS, Channel Management, Rate Management and Rate Shopping products, and to the industry’s leading S&C solutions.
We've added a unique enhancement to MICROS Opera (V5+) interface functionality; in addition to uploading standard Hurdle Rate & Overbooking recommendations, EzRMS™ now updates the Rate Value of the Base Daily Rate of Opera, allowing the fully automatic modification of Rates sold in Opera via the EzRMS™ recommended BAR values. All Opera dependent rates (all Rate Codes dependent on the Base Daily Rate) will then also be seamlessly and simultaneously updated in Opera.
