Hard Rock International Inc., the owner of the rock ‘n’ roll-themed restaurants, casinos and hotels, said it will add about 12 cafes this year, mainly in Eastern Europe, Asia and South America. “We’re already where we want to be in the U.K., in the U.S. and most of the Western European markets,” Chief Executive Officer Hamish Dodds said in an interview in the basement of Hard Rock’s shop in London. “When we think about cafe growth, we think about South America, Eastern Europe and Asia.”
