ORLANDO, Fla. | Intelity, an interactive hospitality technology innovator, announces today the continuation of its international rollout with the integration of its Interactive Customer ExperienceTM(ICE) into two boutique hotels. The Eliot Hotel, a historic Boston hotel that was recently named the "No. 1 Small City Hotel in U.S/Canada" by Travel + Leisure's 2009 World's Best Awards, and Hotel Duval, a contemporary 117-guestroom hotel opening this August in Tallahassee, FL, are two boutique properties that are integrating Intelity's ICE this summer. A revolutionary in-room solution and backend monitoring system, ICE organizes, tracks and measures all hotel activity at the touch of a button. With a customizable, branded interface, ICE allows hotel guests to arrange all services instantly via a touch screen from their guest room, laptop or mobile device.

For The Eliot Hotel, the addition of Intelity's ICE allows the property to improve upon its already award-winning customer service. "With the addition of ICE, each guest at The Eliot Hotel has a completely customized and even more personal travel experience, a level of service that was not possible, until now," says Pascale Schlaefli, general manager of The Eliot Hotel.

Allowing the hotel to efficiently manage its staff, ICE offers a backend monitoring system, ICE Control System (ICS). ICS tracks resort activity, staff efficiency and its own return on investment. To assist each guest in maximizing their visit, ICE features real-time updates for room service menus, resort amenities and area attractions. Beyond the in-room compendium components, ICE schedules activities, including spa treatments and dinner reservations, arranges services, such as room service and valet, and allows users to customize their language preference so all guests benefit from this solution, no matter what country they call home.

"Intelity offers an emerging technology that will eventually become standard throughout the hospitality industry," according to Marc Bauer, general manager of Hotel Duval. "We are excited to be one of the first properties to feature this revolutionary solution."

ICE is available in The Eliot Hotel beginning today and in Hotel Duval upon its opening on August 24.
