To say corporate hotel executives aren’t living and breathing what the industry is experiencing would be totally off base. Company leaders participating on an opening general session of the second Midwest Lodging Investors Summit were open when discussing what keeps them awake at night. “There are a number of things that keep me up at night,” said Wayne Goldberg, president and CEO of LQ Management LLC. “I sleep like a baby. I wake up every four hours and cry.”
