HSMAI Foundation

The Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Foundation has released its first Leadership Report, “Leadership: A View from the Top.” The 60-page report features advice from pioneers in the hospitality industry on how to steer the industry into better times and celebrates leadership and creativity at its best.

“This report acts as an all-in-one guide for sales and marketing professionals in the hospitality industry wanting to learn more about how they can lead their companies to greater success,” said Susan Thronson, HSMAI Foundation chair and SVP, global marketing, Marriott International. “We are sharing success stories, advice, and award-winning feats within our field in order to make the report both an inspirational and practical resource.”

This first HSMAI Foundation Leadership Report serves as a showcase of the best minds and practices in the hospitality industry. The opening article features a candid, personal look at leadership from some of the industry’s top CEOs, including:
