The rollout of the program is ongoing and will be completed in the current quarter.

The GuestInsight platform will help Tidan senior management establish, compare and manage satisfaction benchmarks across its diverse portfolio of hospitality properties. Built on Database Sciences' ten-plus years of experience in collecting consumer opinion data worldwide, the GuestInsight toolset will additionally provide individual property and operating department managers with critical, real-time guest feedback to help manage their areas of responsibility.
