“HSMAI's Affordable Meetings celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2009 and HSMAI is now planning an exciting 21st year full of cutting-edge educational sessions for 2010,” said Robert A. Gilbert, CHME, CHA, president and CEO of HSMAI. “We want attendees to leave Affordable Meetings sessions with knowledge, ideas, tools and know-how that will help them excel in their jobs and bring value to their organizations.”
The Call for Presentations Submission Form must be completed in full and returned to email@example.com by Friday, November 13, 2009 to be considered for the 2010 programs.

Regionally segmented areas will be clearly defined providing a more efficient use of exhibitor and meeting planner time. Also, four food and beverage pavilions will be scattered throughout the hall to further enhance traffic and add face-to-face time with meeting planners. Additional enhancements will be announced in the coming months.
Booth space is available now to reserve. Interested exhibitors may contact Craig Baker, account manager, exhibition sales, J. Spargo & Associates, (703) 679-3942 e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit .
