St. Petersburg, FL --JANUS Displays announces the installation of their state-of-the-art Digital Signage System at Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion. 37 meeting room displays mark the entrances to 160,000 square feet of function space and six directories list the day's events and displays dynamic mapping to help guests navigate the four floors of meeting space. The Hyatt also integrated their digital signage network with their in-room televisions to broadcast event information and amenity advertisements into every guest room.

The innovative digital signage network is managed by VIZIA 3.1, JANUS Displays' latest content management software, and has two of the most robust digital signage multimedia players available, JANUS's RMC-53 and JMC-104 controllers. With this dynamic software and hardware combination, Hyatt can display multi-window layouts that utilize scrolling text, motion graphics and animations, or embedded video. The property also installed a JANUS video server to distribute streaming video throughout their network.

To enable the directory and room boards to automatically display a schedule of each day's meetings, JANUS interfaced the property's Delphi system with VIZIA 3.1.

"We are proud to be a vital part of the Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion's renovation. They selected a comprehensive digital signage system that is certain to transform wayfinding and increase their revenue per guest," said Sharon Morrow, President of Morrow Technologies Corporation, maker of JANUS Displays.

The landmark hotel recently completed a strategic $63.5-million renovation resulting in meeting rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, two state-of-the art ballrooms and a new fitness center. "We selected a JANUS Digital Signage system as the perfect finishing touch to our renovation," said Steve Vissotzky, GM of Hyatt Regency Dallas. "This new technology is a key element in our overall product enhancement; our guests continue to provide positive feedback."

Hyatt selected JANUS Displays' satin silver metal finish framing to blend the digital signage network with their new décor.

Hyatt Regency Dallas features 160,000 square feet of public function space including three ballrooms, two exhibit halls, 1,120 guest rooms, 60 meeting rooms and 42 hospitality suites.
