Ireland’s Carton House selects ZDirect’s eCRM Platform

to grow customer satisfaction and market share.

Dublin, Ireland | The prestigious Carton House, one of Ireland's leading hotels, recently chose ZDirect's electronic customer relationship platform to centralize its guest data and build loyalty with its customers. By using ZDirect's product offering and ZMail's behavioural profile engine, the Carton House will be able to enhance customer satisfaction that leads to increased market share and return on investment.


As summarized by David Webster, General Manager of the Carton House, "The implementation of the ZDirect eCRM platform, ZMail®, will assist Carton House in growing revenues and customer satisfaction; from the ability to capture our guests' pre-arrival information to the evaluation and recording of satisfaction based on the guest experience."
