Large, multi-hotel sales will be possible within a few years as credit markets loosen and the global economy heals, the chief financial officer of Starwood Hotels & Resorts (HOT.N) said in an interview on Wednesday. Right now, "there is no opportunity for a large transaction," CFO Vasant Prabhu said at the New York Stock Exchange. "We can sell a hotel here and there."
