TAC has recently finished the translation of its Spa & Activity Software "Reservation Assistant" into Simplified Chinese. The software is now available in 16 different languages such as Turkish, Finnish, Russian and Latvian. The Chinese version is available at no additional charge to existing TAC customers.

4,500 users in 51 countries work with Reservation Assistant every day. Each of these users can elect and use the system in their preferred language. "In a day to day environment this can mean that a therapist or trainer uses Reservation Assistant in Chinese, while receptionists and managers access the system using English or any other language" explains Thomas Roessler, Managing Director of TAC. The system uses the same database and same User Interface, except for the availability of different languages to each respective user. The input and screen updates are real time.

The Chinese Reservation Assistant Spa & Activity Software will be presented at ITB Asia 2010 from October 20 to 22 in Singapore (www.itb-asia.com). All visitors are heartily invited to visit TAC at booth no. K30 in hall 602 and get an idea of the Chinese version and RA 4.0, the latest version of Reservation Assistant.
